Today we're going to be talking about mindset. And I think you're really going to enjoy today's

guest because she's going to explain how our mindset and the way that we are viewing things

is affecting our ability to actually see changes and reach our dreams and just live a more

fulfilling life. I have worked with thousands of clients over the years through nutrition

coaching, through my MakeFit Simple app,

and even through speaking engagements. And one of the most common underlying currents I see

is we feel stuck in our situation. We want to make changes, but we just aren't really sure

how, and we just feel kind of like at a loss or the best is behind us. So today, Kathy is going to explain how that's

incorrect and actually that's a mindset shift. No matter what your goals are, if it comes to

fitness or nutrition or anything else in your life, your mindset is a major piece of making

those things happen. You can give someone as many workouts as you want or, you know, balance their

nutritional intake, but if their mindset isn't ready to see that they can become stronger,

that they can be more confident, that they can do those things, they're not going to be

able to see or feel those changes. And so that is why I was really excited to have Kathy on today
