All right. Well, I'm really excited about this new episode. This is the third in our coaching trilogy. It was an

informal coaching trilogy that I started back in episode 226 with Brendan Burns, last week

in 227 with Chris Pavone, and this week, the third, Jay Piot. Now, Jay is a coach himself and he works with his wife who also

coaches women, partners of guys struggling with porn. So a couple weeks ago, I was going to go on

vacation with my family to Colorado. And as you might guess, the trip was canceled. And I had

invited Jay to come and actually run my rev groups that week,

to actually be a guest coach in all four of my rev groups. You know, I was kind of sad. I canceled

the trip and I was thinking about canceling Jay and something said, you know what, you should

just have Jay come anyway, tell his story,

answer questions, and I was so happy I did this.

Jay came and just delivered just great idea after great idea in the group, really encouraged

everybody.

And then I had this brilliant idea.

What if we recreated that experience here on porn free radio?

And so what I did is I took all my notes from my rev groups with Jay and just, you know,

decided to just ask him popcorn style about some of the quotes that he said and some of the

ideas that he shared.

And he shares them all today.
