All right guys today I just want to give a brief overview this is really gonna help

athletes and coaches alike and really just anyone who's a science nerd like myself I think it's just really going to help us

understand biofeedback and what's going on and be able to read things that are happening within maybe our lab work or what we're feeling or things.
