Yeah. Welcome, everybody to the inaugural broadcast of 2019, and boy, we have got a topic for you that's really tailor-made this broadcast this time of year now my name is mark coler and i've got my amazing co-host matt sorenson in the house whoop that's

your two yeah baby i'm here i'm present i'm here okay all right so we all know we have verification

that matt is on the podcast so welcome. If you're new to our podcast, hopefully you will just fall in love with these amazing topics of tax, legal, business, building wealth. But from really a tax law perspective, we really feel like you're missing something if you're not bringing the numbers and the legality into your plans.

Not that there's like missing something, we mean money.

Yeah, that's right.

Yeah, there's a lot of great business podcasts out there,

but ours is that tax and legal twist that is like none other, and we keep it fun and

Yeah, today we're talking about strategic planning and we'll be doing some, you know,

talking about New Year's resolutions too. I guess kind of that goes into it, but Mark and I are

geeks. I should say we like to geek out on strategic planning.

We geek out on a lot of things. Just say we're geeks. That's pretty fair state.
