As parents, yeah, we do need to somehow step back and not get our sufficiency from our kids and the decisions our kids make.

But that's hard and that's where we're stepping back and just loving them and being gracious with them and letting them make their own decisions and letting them fail.

I mean, that's so hard as parents let your kids fail, but that's where we get growth, right?

I would love to start a little bit with your background and your brand,

Kill Complacency, the name of your podcast. I love that. I think it's such a powerful message,

but I'd love to know where it came from and what it means to you.

Kill Complacency really came from a lot of things, but books, living it, but I think ultimately it just came from, from realizing what my life looked like with intentionality. And obviously, you know, with every great cause,

there's, there's the cause, and then there's the enemy, or there's the, there's the figure,

which would be intentionality, and then there's the enemy the

enemy would be complacency and so i just realized that complacency was the enemy that we all

face in regards to not getting what we want and so if we can kill complacency we can have it

like i'm sure you've got stories in your life,

and as a broker, I'm sure you coach your agents,

like be intentional, make the calls, do the things,

and that's what leads to the abundant life that we're all after.
