So could you start off by telling us if you had to rate yourself on a sexual shame a meter today with 10 being the most full of shame and one being totally shameless where do you fall right now? I would say maybe at the most a one but that's not

something new in my life like I wasn't raised with a lot of the like religious background that I feel like feeds a lot of the
