And Lila says, I had to really think about this because as a mom of two kids

and a hubby who works 48 to 96 hours away from home, I really don't have a consistent routine.

That being said, there are a few staple things I do every morning to start my day. It starts the

night before with a lunch prep. I'm not a morning person, so prepping at night

and writing post-it notes for anything else I have to do. Anything I can round up and do beforehand

is done. Workout outfit is already hung up in the bathroom and water bottle filled and in the

fridge. When I wake up, I drink a big glass of water, take my supplements, then I finish

getting the kids up and going. I get my coffee after it's all done. Not a morning person.

Prep the night before. It will save you time and brain power. I couldn't agree more. If you want to

have a successful, powerful morning, you need to prep the night before. A good night will lead to a good

morning. You're not going to have a good morning without a quality evening. So set yourself up for

unavoidable. If you need to meditate in the morning, you want to meditate in the morning, make sure you
