| 0:00.0 | What is your routine that keeps you on track every day? Welcome to the DailySwool podcast. It's your |
| 0:08.6 | host, Papa Swolio. What's going on, Beeshes? That's the question that I asked Swole fan members via |
| 0:13.9 | Swole text, and I want to feature Brenda's response today, because I think it's very important to |
| 0:20.4 | understand how to have a successful |
| 0:22.7 | morning. And that really starts with the night before, as Brenda writes. Start with a good |
| 0:29.8 | nighttime routine to get enough rest, write in parentheses mindfulness in the morning to set |
| 0:35.3 | standards for community, which is the first pillar, |
| 0:42.8 | including your environment and execution of the other six pillars, and then do it. |
| 0:45.0 | Track your progress each night. |
| 0:46.6 | I think it's a great message. |
| 0:48.7 | So one, I 100% agree. |
| 0:52.3 | If you want to have a good morning, you need to have a good evening the night before. |
| 1:29.6 | You need to set up your evening for success so you can have a successful morning. And to write down the morning, you know, what your intentions are for the day. I think it's a great way to start your day when your brain is fresh and then you execute on those things. Discipline do it because it needs to get done. You do your pillars. You do what has to be done. And then the evening, you can review. And then of course, in the evening, you're setting yourself up for success, kind of like a recap, and then you're going to have another successful morning. And hopefully you might avoid some of those pitfalls that you suffered the day before, the day previously. And then you just do better and you narrow down and you refine. I think it's beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing Brenda. I think that's a great message. Fundamentally, if you take one thing away from this |
| 1:34.3 | intro is that if you want to have a successful morning, you need to set yourself up for success |
| 1:39.6 | the night before. So in order to have a good morning, we've talked about this many times on the |
| 1:43.0 | podcast. You need to do well the night before. So have a good evening routine, whether it's sauna, |
| 1:48.2 | whether it's meditation, whether it's yoga, whether it's reading, whatever it is, make sure |
| 1:53.5 | you have a good routine. That way you can get to bed at a consistent hour and then you can |
| 1:57.9 | have your focus shifting to your morning. |
| 2:01.4 | But if you don't have a good evening, it's going to be pretty hard to have a good morning. |
| 2:05.3 | So thank you so much for being here. |
| 2:07.0 | I appreciate your attention, your time. |
