Kamala Harris asked the ultimate question at the Senate hearings

over Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court last week. Question was basically, I'm paraphrasing,

but if he could name any laws that the government has power to make over the male body,

bam, mic drop, course not, he stammered, either. government has power to make over the male body.

Bam, mic drop.

Of course not.

He stammered. The right wing got on Twitter and said, well, what about selective service?

What about the draft?

Really?

Come on now.

But anyway, I'm not going to spend time on it because you know he's going to be confirmed.

This is a Republican thing.

There's enough Republican senators and he'll be confirmed.

So it's a moot point.

But score big for Kamala Harris.

Beautiful questions showing how brilliant she is.

The other story that I can't wait to see how they spend. I know you've heard

about this by now. In Dallas, Texas, an off-duty cop, Amber Geiger went into the wrong apartment

and shot the black man living there.
