Cody, what are we going to talk about today?

The two simplest indicators.

Right.

We're going to talk about something that I think is interesting because, you know, I was a management

consultant when I got out of college where we did a lot of data analysis and tried to understand

if a company was succeeding or not and what do they needed help with.

But as I've gone through my career, I've thought about how would I really go about assessing

in the quickest way possible whether an organization was effective and

successful or whether their future looked bright. And I used to like to say

that if somebody said you want to invest in a company what would you look at? And

I wouldn't go into the file cabinet look at.

at their filings or their revenue statements or file cabinet.

But I wouldn't look at data.

The two things that I think are actually the best indicators of the future health of an

organization are what we want to talk about today because I think it's really what gives you

the best view of an organization, but most people don't use it because it's not that

quantifiable but it's to me the most accurate.
