In today's Monday Message, Emily talks about the truest form of self love. Do your choices and actions align with the highest version of you? She talks about how the messaging of the world today tells us to do whatever we please as long as it makes us happy and we're not hurting anyone. This supposedly is considered "self love." But actually this is a lack of self control. There is power in self control and intentionality. Things like over consumption of alcohol, doing drugs, having one night stands, it all leaves you empty inside and will never satisfy the longing in your heart. That's because those choices don't align with the truest version of ourselves. You can break free from this unconscious way of living that keeps you stuck in these patterns that you've always been in. It is in your choices that is creating your reality. That's today's message.
