All right, so almost a year ago, almost a year ago, I put out a podcast.

Podcast is number 174 and it was about the evaluation system that's used in the Marine

Core.

I talked about the evaluation system that's used in the Navy and you might want to go

and listen to Podcast 174 first before you continue listening to this podcast.

But I wouldn't say it's mandatory.

But in that in that podcast, I told a story and it was about a guy that worked for me

and it came to me because he didn't have the highest grades on the evaluation, the

Navy evaluation system, the grades go from one to five, five being the best, one being

the worst.

And he was like an average guy, 3.3 or 3.6, something like that.

But he thought he should have been better.

And so he came to me, set up a meeting, which was kind of weird because most people didn't

set up meetings to see me, they would just come and see me, but he set up a meeting with

the admin department to come see me and he thought he should have been 50 and a lot of stuff.

And so as I'm talking to him, I'm kind of thinking, how can I explain to this guy that
