Very exciting. We'll talk about it on next week's episode a little bit. Yeah. So just a heads up, we're recording this the Saturday before you leave on your surfing trip. And then we're recording another episode like pre-recording for the following week while you're surfing. So we have a lot to catch up on. But today we have another guest, my friend. And it's funny to call you a friend because I'm like, well, we haven't spoke for 20 years, but you still feel like my friend. We're still friends. Yes, we are still friends. We're always friends if you go to grad school together. Dr. Jennifer Churchill is here. So Dr. Jennifer Churchill, I'm going to keep saying it like that. I'm just kidding. Is an executive coach, I went to grad school with Jen.

You have your PhD in counseling and you have an MBA. Correct. Uh, probably probably a million other things since we graduated, but like those are the two I remember because I remember I was like,

oh my gosh, she's getting an MBA and her PhD counseling. But so we had a lot of crossover in our

classes at DU because of, you know,

the counseling program. And so I knew you throughout my whole grad school. I've followed you,

you know, on social media just because you connect through, you know, Facebook and all that.

And so I've seen your journey as an executive coach. And recently I was watching your stories where

you were talking about leadership and women and midlife. I was like, wow, this really hits home to a lot of the things that Claire and I have been talking about. So I reached out. You generously offered time to come and be on the podcast today and talk about these things. So welcome. Jen, thank you so much for being here. It's so good to see you. Oh my gosh. Yeah. So early on in my career, I figured out through some research with Dr. Petcheri a long time ago that I wanted to do something in the field of management

psychology, which led to my career in executive coaching very early on, which is the reason I added
