Rube, we're into mid-June and the Eagles still haven't signed a veteran running back.

That probably means that they might not sign a veteran running back right?

Or it could mean that they're going to sign one as soon as we finish the podcast.

Yeah, but I think it's notable right now

that we've heard about their interests and all that's true that there is some

interest in a better running back but I think one of the main reasons they

haven't pulled the trigger is because they really like the guys they have.

Yeah, I think what you're seeing, I think part of its financial, but I think also that they believe

in Boston Scott can be an RB2, and I do too. I've been talking him up all off season probably to the point where

Dave sickening me talking about him but I saw and again it's a little it's a little leap of faith to take what somebody did over four games and say,

all right, he can do this over 16 games. It's a whole different animal.

You know, when when teams have film on you, when teams know your tendencies,

your tendencies, there's a point of diminishing return sometimes.

But I see a guy who is powerful, is has very soft hands catches the ball really well

has a real kind of sense for the end zone he finds that goal line he's got
