Okay, this one falls back on the last episode as well about what happens when I feel like giving up all those things and I said something in there that triggered this podcast episode of that little that little voice that's on the side of your shoulder that's on the side of your shoulder

that's constantly trying to get you to not do the right thing and push you to a direction that pulls you away from where your focus needs to be or where the achievement needs to be,

I want to talk about that guy.

Because in bodybuilding and a bodybuilding prep, whether it's a fat loss phase, an off-season phase, whatever it is,

you're going to have that little voice popping up and showing up all of the time.

For example, I moved downtown about eight weeks out this prep and in the bottom of my building is one of all since best restaurants. This called ATX

Casino. It's an absolutely remarkable modern Mexican place. It is just phenomenal.

Across the road is a place called North Italian joint. Some of you might have heard of it, phenomenal Italian joint.
