It's great to be back, guys. How long has it been since I last did a live video?

It's been around three, or it's been at least three weeks, probably about a month or so, because I've been away on some travels and I went to England or we went to England. We went to

lots of places in England. We also went to Dublin and Ireland. They went to Denmark,

back to England, a couple of places in England, and it's been a roller coaster of travels.

So I've been really in lots of different places, so it's great to be back, and it's going to get a little bit more hectic for me,

because I'm actually moving from Austin, Texas, and going to be in San Diego for as long as we desire ultimately.

So I'm so pleased to get back. It's great to have you, Shelly, Mindmastery member.

Great to have all these people tuning in.'s been a while and I don't usually

start these until I'm around the the five minute mark because I want to make sure

on here is really changes give me notifications so um I bear

with me while I get to grips with I wasn't a bit of dust it was one of these

notifications saying I've got a heart or a like so I thought I was imagining things

then but it's great to be back and we're at the two and a half minute mark. So today's subject is

going to be really exciting. Are you ready to learn? Who's ready to learn? Who is ready to get something

really deep to the conscious level and the unconscious level when it comes to the words that we speak about.
