Josh was also a co-star of the Wildly Popular Show Drake and Josh,

which aired on Nickelodeon between 2004 and 2007.

Josh was overweight for much of his childhood,

but at the age of 16, dedicated himself to losing the weight

and healing the mental struggles and body images

he had after being yet another funny fat guy in Hollywood.

His commitment paid off and he lost more than 70 pounds in a year and a half,

which he's maintained since then.

On this episode of the show, Josh and I are going to discuss

how he strung together a long series of daily wins

to lose that weight and how he's been able to maintain it since then.
