And this is coming from a, well well I'm nine months pregnant right I'm a woman who's definitely eating cake in her life right now but who typically you know I well I don't eat cake all the time but even in my non-pregnant life, I want you to know that eating cake is,

And I spent so many years of my life saying saying cake is bad, I won't touch it, and carrots are good. And I think when you approach food from that really stark all or nothing perspective, it can be really dangerous. It's why I struggled with a

eating disorder for 10 years in body dysmorphia even while I was a personal

trainer and knew better and knew my nutrition. So we're talking really about the psychology of eating and how not to eat cake, but it's not me talking. I have an, you know, I don't bring on guests often, but I've got one of my favorite guests. You guys, it's actually had one of the most, I've been on the show before, she's one of the most listened to episodes.
