One of the biggest mistakes, not just e-commerce, but in any business, one of the biggest

mistakes that I see other people make is they are afraid to share their ideas with their customers.

They're afraid to get feedback before launching their product or before coming out with a new

variation or whatever it is.

But at the end of the day, the businesses

that win are the businesses that actually take action. Your ideas are worth nothing unless

you actually act upon them.
