0:21.2	All right. Today we get to talk about perseverance. Perseverance is so important in entrepreneurship
0:27.2	and in leadership. If you have been called to something that is outside of your comfort zone,
0:33.2	if you are called into leadership, if you're called into leading people, if you're called
0:37.3	into building a business, you are called into leadership, if you're called into leading people, if you're called into
0:37.5	building a business, you are 100% guaranteed to run into challenges. You are also 100% guaranteed
0:45.7	to face failures. There's no way you're going to succeed without also having the failures.
0:51.2	Therefore, it is going to require perseverance. Now, your perseverance
0:58.0	is something that you really get to pull out of you when you face the challenging times,
1:03.7	when you fall on your face. When you don't want to get back up, when you don't want to try again,
1:08.4	when you fail and you are embarrassed and you don't know how to fix it, you don't want to try again, when you fail and you are embarrassed and you don't know
1:11.9	how to fix it, you don't have all the answers. That is the moment when you're going to need
1:17.8	perseverance. It's kind of like this. We talk about the importance of having courage, right?
1:26.5	Courage is a very, very important thing to have. However, courage is not
1:30.3	required unless there is fear, right? If you are scared and you are fearful, then that is the moment
1:38.8	when you need courage. You don't need courage if you're not scared, right? You don't need to call on courage.
1:45.8	You don't need to find courage within yourself.
1:49.3	You don't need to ask God for courage if you're not scared because you already have enough
1:56.3	courage to do whatever is in front of you to do at the moment.
