Hello, Simpletons. What's up, y'all? Today is, well, it's a weird day. We've had a lot

0:39.4

going on this past week. The last week has felt like an eternity. And so, by the way,

0:46.4

this is a minimalist podcast. We discussed what it means to live a meaningful life with

0:50.6

less. And in these times, especially, today we're going to talk about pandemic preparation.

I'm Joshua Fields-Millburn. I'm Ryan Nicodemis. And together, we are the minimalist. And we got our

1:01.1

MVP here with us. Yes, indeed. And so, TK Coleman is here, our returning champion. He's been on

1:07.6

this podcast. I think more than anyone else at this point. Yeah, man. And so, TK was in town

1:12.0

because we were working on a film project with Netflix. We had about 30 people coming into

1:39.1

1:45.2

1:51.0

but I wanted to talk more broadly about preparation, not in the sense of prepping, like preppers,

1:57.5

but preparing. Right. And so, I'm going to argue today that minimalist are actually more prepared to

2:07.6

deal with catastrophe, more prepared to deal with pandemics than the average person. And certainly more

2:15.5

so than a lot of so-called preppers. And so, these are some somber times, but I do want to handle a lot

2:22.5

of it with jokes. And so, we're going to be as upbeat as possible today. This is the first time I've

2:30.0

been in a room with more than becks in nearly a week at this point. I don't know, you must be going crazy.

2:36.2

Yeah. I mean, I have been self-quarantining, but I've been self-quarantining for 38 years.

2:42.1

And as an extreme introvert. And now, here we are today, we've got some questions for Josh
