Bone Broth Recipe
6 cups of water
3 pounds of bone
1 tbsp. salt
1 onion
2 carrots
1 parsnip (optional)
1 stalk of celery
1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
Directions
Put the bones in the pot and pour apple cider vinegar and let it sit for 20 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and slow cook for 18 hours. Cook on low.
