There are three types of people.

What I want to know is how do you show each of these three types of people respect?

The first person is the person above you, someone that has authority over you.

The second person is the person on the same level as you, like people with equal authority

as you.

So people you work with or whatever, people in your classes.

And the third person is the person that is below you in terms of authority.

They have less authority than you.

You're maybe over these people.

So the question is, how do you show each of these people respect?

You're talking about they are in a stage of life where I would be their mentor,

I would be their teacher, I would be an authority figure in their life.

Yeah. I mean, I'm thinking about it in terms of a work environment in the West. That's what I'm thinking.
