You know, Bobby, this podcast is obviously all about leadership, but I got to ask you,

what was the biggest learning you had in 2024?

Hmm, let's see. You know, the biggest learning I have had is that I still have so much to

learn, right? Like a lot of people kind of get to a point in their careers and they think,

well, I've done it all. I know everything. What do I have? No, I have a lot to learn. And I think

I've really evolved a lot since starting Jones Road. Now, that's fantastic. And we'll dig into that. And, you know, every year I start out the year, I do what I call my three by five exercise, where I write down what I am today. And then that's on one side of the card. On the other side is, how can I get even better, you know, as a leader?
