For most of my life, I had a deep fear of intimacy.

I was afraid to be vulnerable.

I was afraid to be seen.

I wouldn't let my guard down.

And all of this was a result of the childhood trauma that I experienced.

And I put up these walls around my heart. And although I craved

to be loved and to give love, these walls wouldn't allow it. So throughout this episode,

I'm going to be sharing with you these six different signs that you're blocking intimacy

to help you better navigate your romantic relationships. So whether you're
