Welcome to the feminine podcast. This is Nancy Wilson. Thanks so much for joining me today.

The topic today is working under pressure and the power of stress. I've

0:17.6

noticed that some women have a tremendous capacity to handle pressure and some not so much and when you have much

0:26.8

to do and a deadline looming that's what I call pressure your eyes on the clock and you get tight and nervous and your heart can even start racing.

0:37.8

But other times it can just be a series of unplanned events that are stressful that you just have to walk through because you have

1:55.4

temptation to be annoyed and lose your joy because the dinner is not going to

1:59.9

come out of the oven at the appropriate time.

2:03.1

These are just two simple illustrations,

2:05.4

and there's so many, many more

2:08.0

where stress can be applied and usher in with it a temptation.

2:13.2

Let's say you're running late and you might miss your flight.
