You're listening to the feel good effect. Here's what to focus on in February. Let's make it happen.

0:10.3

Radically simple and ridiculously doable, the feel good effect will help you redefine wellness on your

0:15.7

terms. Hi, I'm your host, Robin Conley Downs, and I believe that wellness isn't about achieving another set of

1:41.2

2022, but that really gives you a sense of where I'm at with things,

1:45.3

and my sense of time is completely maybe damaged beyond repair after the last two years.

1:51.6

And I think that, you know, joking aside, whether I know what day it is or not,

1:56.2

or whether I know what year it is or not, we are in a time where there's so many things pulling our attention.

2:02.9

There is so much about life that is different, that is challenging, that it's more important

2:10.8

than ever to have these grounding habits and grounding mindsets and questions and prompts to help us stay focused,

2:22.1

even when we don't have a lot of time, even when we don't have a lot of energy, even when life is
