Welcome back to another episode and today we are I feel like I'm

talking like Christopher Walkin Cody what's going on with the caneses today

there's a lot of very sharp pineapple, you know, situations going on.

What are we talking about today?

Oh, I remember.

The idea behind today's show, we did it a couple years ago. I had Danny LaRue from the

Dunked on podcast on a couple years ago and we talked about players coming into the season who basically we think are going to be the

candidates for most improved player the guys who could take the biggest jump

in the year and the motivation for me behind this exercise is really to understand what teams, not

from a coaching change, not from a stylistic change, but from the individual players changing.

From that perspective, what teams are going to surprise us and improve and kind of move and not be part of the status quo from last year.

So historically Cody, you know, we've seen it recently with teams like De Angelo Russell's Brooklyn

Nets and some of the Pelicans teams and the Kings teams and you get these guys that are young players usually and they take a leap forward they might not even become an all-star. They just might go from like the

300th best player to the 60th best player and all of a sudden you fill your roster up with these

guys and you go from winning 25 games to 45 or 50 games.

Similarly, if you're a pretty good team,

and then Kevin Durant comes back and he's a top 10 player.
