Subconscious Brain Can Change Your Life. And in this book, there is a section on it is called your subconscious brain can change your life.

And in this book, there is a section on A-V-E, which is audio, visual, entrainment.

And what this is is a technique that uses pulses of light and sound at specific frequencies.

And these frequencies, they guide your brain into various brainwave patterns.

And so we may have talked about these brainwave patterns on previous episodes.

Like right now, you're likely in a beta state, which means you're awake, you're alert,
