1:05.6	What the message is intended to do is to address the impulse to buy something we would

1:13.8	But the hidden message within the statement is that it's somehow normal or expected to
1:18.0	be paying regular price and or not to negotiate.
1:21.5	Some purchases where this is culturally inappropriate practice, I would not say that
