feeling it as a physical symptom in our body, but we might be able to notice it by our behaviors.

So let's see what that might look like. First I'm going to read them off and then we'll talk about each

one one by one. Seeking reassurance is number one. Trying to stop your thoughts is number two.

Collecting information is number three.

Checking over and over is number 4.

Avoiding discomfort is number 5.

Number 6 is numbing yourself with alcohol, drugs, or food.

Number seven, over-preparring.

Number eight, using safety behaviors such as superstitious behaviors.

Number nine, always trying to make a good impression.
