0:48.5	children who are blind or visually impaired. And it's also the camp that my late husband, Hugo,

0:54.9	when the accident happened that took his life. So it's an important time to me because I love Heather's
1:01.4	camp and I've been doing it for over 20 years. It's also an emotional time for me because it's always,
1:06.1	I've got to go by the scene of the accident, got to kind of relive some of that stuff. We give an award every year
1:12.2	that honors new counselors in his name. So we got to do that. So it's like all the highs and it's a
1:18.3	lot of lows too. So, you know, mixed emotions, bittersweet, but really truly my favorite time
1:24.6	of year. And keeps me very busy. So that's why I'm going to record a couple of episodes for you today. So here's what I've got for you. I posted something on
1:32.8	social media not too long ago where I asked people who follow me on social media what advice
1:38.9	they had for new widows. And holy cow, I got a ton of responses. I mean, hundreds and hundreds of them. And I thought,
1:49.3	you know, this would actually make a really good podcast episode because there was some good
1:52.8	stuff in there. And it was very clear to me that so many of us, it's not just me, right,
2:00.3	as widows in general, we don't want other widows
2:03.0	to struggle in the way that we struggled. So in today's episode, I want to share with you
