host for this podcast A Better you and I am so excited for today's video because I am coming at you guys as a fresh 22 year old.

Now that is a scary thought right there. I mean I know 22 is still young it's all relative it is very young but 22 just sounds crazy like I loved being the age 20 I feel like I really resonated with 20. 21 was crazy and fun because it's like you're legal in the US now and 22 it's just like damn you are in your early 20s God damn. Any, I'm so excited for today's video because we are going to be talking about things

that I learned now that I am officially 22.

Now I've seen this video title go around quite often on YouTube on

Tik-Tok or whatever where they say here are 22 things that I learned at the age of

22 or here's 21 things I learned on my 21st birthday or whatever. I'm really

excited because I spent some time over the past week

thinking of some lessons that I learned over the course of this year that I think can apply to many of you guys and you guys can take with you. I tried my best to

really analyze like every single month of my 21st year, just reflect on what

this past year meant to me and come up with little examples, stories, advice, and just

overall maybe like values that I'm going to carry moving forward as I continue my life as a 22 year old. I actually think there's a little bit more than 22 just because I feel like this year was such a big year of learning for me. I just have more than 22 things. If you are new to this podcast,
