credentials and how you've been studying herbalism and then I'm going to talk about how we met because that's fun.

So I started really getting into things all the way back when Era was having all her issues was like food intolerance and we were trying to figure out what was going on through stomach issues and getting to the root of, you know, eliminating certain foods. I think that's kind of a natural progression a lot of people take is they start looking at what they're eating and then their interests from there just kind of gross in natural medicine or natural ways of doing things.

So that's kind of what my interest was peak in using herbs that we were growing outside.
