Motivation is an internal or external factor that stimulates a desire and an energy within us

to be continually interested in something. So we all need motivation for everything. We need it for

our jobs. We need it for our jobs. We need it for

our family lives, our day-to-day life. And it's the same within exercise. We need to have that

passion. We need to have that interest and be committed to exercise on a daily basis.
