This last break, this last break, I put a little bit of rice protein in a smoothie and

you know what I did with the leftovers, put them in the freezer of the rice protein or

the smoothie.

The smoothie.

Okay.

And then I put them in the freezer for a little snack later, all right, then you just

put it in with a little bit of extra milk and you rebland it.

So it's sort of having two smoothies in one over the course of a day and a half for my

wife.

Okay.

Because I made some for her too.

But the point is that so you have the smoothie at first, okay, a little bit of leftover.

Normally you're thinking that's going down the drain, that's going down the drain, that's

going down the drain.

And what I did was I put it into a little soup container in the freezer.

Right.

You had a tupperware, continue.
