It's literally a part of my weekly routine and then I double down on that at the end of the month and I like do a hardcore self-assessment of what worked, what didn't. So that's what I kind of want to do with you today, a mini version so that we can catch this at the end of this first seven days headed into the week. We've talked about our goals, but how consistent have you been with everything? And the way that you're going to track this is pull out your top 10 goals that you wrote out this morning. And if you haven't wrote them out yet, I just grabbed the ones from yesterday that works too. But I want you to look at those top 10 goals and just moving the needle |
| 1:31.5 | on each of those activities. And how would you rate yourself out of 10 if you were to look at those 10 |
| 1:39.1 | goals and how present you were in the actions taken towards those goals and just doing what you know |
| 1:46.9 | you need to do. So you can give yourself an overall score out of 10 or you could score yourself |
| 1:51.5 | for every single goal that you wrote for those 10 goals, score yourself out of 10 for all 10 |
| 1:56.5 | of where you think you're at and how present you are and how consistent you've been. I would say |
| 2:00.8 | base it off of presence and consistency over the last seven days. And at the end of that list, you can add up |
