Anyway, this one's a good one and I was I said I say this in the podcast but I was really surprised at how

many knows I got from my friends I have some this is again about depression and I wanted to find someone who had been

diagnosed as depressed and was medicated and everyone said no.

So they know they'd been not diagnosed or no they didn't want to share on the

podcast it's there's still a stigma with mental health

huge stigma but what's so sad is how does the stigma get any better if we don't open up and

talk about it because then you got to be the one that goes,
