0:08.0	So I want to clear something up really quick.
0:11.0	So last week's podcast was about sexuality and had a
0:15.1	couple people who said you know I like it better when you have an expert on they I
0:19.6	got email saying I like it better when you have an expert. Maybe you should have had
0:23.3	someone who's struggling with these issues talk. Well I thought it was
0:27.7	clear in the podcast that that wasn't what I had planned on talking about. I had
0:32.3	planned on talking about like gadgets we use that help us like
0:35.8	slow cookers and pressure cookers so I didn't plan to talk about sexuality
0:40.7	so that's why I didn't have somebody on here who is struggling with any of
0:45.7	those issues we discussed. So I hope that clears up. Instead of emailing a bunch of
0:51.5	people, I just thought I would say that in this intro so the sexuality
0:55.0	podcast was a complete impromptu subject change which I thought was
1:01.0	fantastic because it was a very authentic conversation that I wasn't expecting to have.
