codependency, or in other words, what it's like and how to deal with being the spouse or

loved one of an addict. My guest, friend, mentor, and sponsor in the 12-step program,

Mandy from Vintage Revivals, is sharing her story of being married to a pain pill addict

and how she set herself free from the shackles of addiction with the 12 steps.

No, but I really, when we first, when Neil and I first got married, I was like, okay, we have

no extra money.

So I went down to the D.I. Desert Industries, which is like our thrift shop in, well, in

Utah, and bought like an entire set of bedroom furniture and took it home and spray painted

it white with your tutorial.

Oh my gosh. I feel like every good story should start with spray painting.

Like I feel like everyone who has a good design sense in their life, It all started with thrifting and spray painting.
