Summary

Hello, everybody. Welcome to the podcast. I am joined again with my assistant coach Monica. Hello, Monica. Hi, everybody. Glad to have you here.

0:23.3

This is another episode where we just, part of our job is noticing trends and things that come up.

0:30.1

And it's so funny because I feel like I got a comment on my TikTok that was talking about how she felt like.

0:34.9

She didn't want to do keto, but she had to do keto because her doctor told her she had to.

And I told Monica, I was like, you know, I don't feel like I have a solid resource or podcast.

0:44.6

I know I did it in a Q&A, but specifically about health diagnoses and dietary changes and slipping into restriction and that kind of stuff.

0:52.6

And I was like, I think we should do like a podcast on it. And then someone in vibe club makes this super long post about she was

1:37.5

something that because my life's so busy, it keeps me from going crazy. It's the perspective of things. And so it's been interesting to

1:45.9

observe your perspective on this. So let's briefly talk about like what's been going on for you.

1:52.2

I've been having some stomach issues for a while now, but I never paid any attention to it

1:56.5

because it was so seldom that I was checking it up to, oh, it's probably stomach flu or,

2:01.7

or I don't know, food poisoning or something.

2:04.4

And eventually when those episodes start coming closer together, I start worried a little bit.

2:12.7

So naturally, I went to the doctor and we went over everything, did like extensive blood work.
