You might tell your cousin in Nebraska, hey Billy, do you want to purchase my pillowcase and help us out and leave us a review?

And he's like, yeah, sure. A week goes by. No response. Again, you set up like a template with your VA.

You say, okay, if this person, if you send email number three, they have not responded within five days, send email number four.

Email number four is just a follow up. And then he responds, oh man, I'm so sorry. Your other email got lost. Guys, if you never would have followed up with them, you never would have gotten that purchase and then they end up purchasing it, right? So just that follow up,

get you that purchase that you would have lost. And that's, again, the beauty of having a VA stay

on top of it for you.
