This week we're revisiting our New Manera series because the New Manera 2 Kickstarter is going to launch this Tuesday.

We're returning to the ninth world of far future science fantasy

with our extremely patient GM and newly minted Monte Cook employee,

Darcy Ross at the helm.

To those who don't know, Numenera 2 is a new approach to the original Numenera system.

It's not a full new edition, and all of the supplementary material that's been published for Numenera

over the years is still going to work with Numenera too.

If you're a diehard Monte Cook fan, it's another must have.

And if you've always been curious about Numenera, it's a great time to hop on board.

Before we get to the show, I want to remind everyone that our friends over at the IGDN are funding their 2017

Meditopia scholarship.

Every year, my favorite convention, meditopia,

invites game designers from all over the world

to test their newest designs.

Attending meditopia allows designers to playtest with the general public and noteworthy peers like Ken Height, Hannah Schaefer, and Jason Morningstar.

The IGDN hosts a scholarship to provide new and diverse designers with the opportunity to attend

medatopia.

At one shot we believe innovation and game design is incredibly important to growing the

gaming hobby.
