That's Tare, as in to in to tear a piece of paper because the terrible RPG is an entirely kinetic tabletop game

In terrible players write down skills on a sheet of paper.

And in order to accomplish anything using those skills, they have to tear off a piece of paper large enough

It's good, silly fun, and it's one of the easiest micro games to teach a new group of people.
