Okay, so I'm going to take you back a little bit so about seven years ago because it's a massive part of my

journey to how I got where I am now. So seven years ago I was an accountant in the city

of London working quite long hours, sick and tired, feeling sick and tired, not having the time to do anything

about it.

But eating quite poorly, used to faint maybe three, four times a week.

We're all very random, could be on the tube and just pass out.

And eventually, having all these tests done

and the doctor said to me, you have pernicious anemia,

and you need to have a monthly injection of B12 because you can no longer

absorb it through your body or through your diet. So I thought at the time okay

well if that's all I need an injection once a month, I'll take that, that's fine,
