We are going to talk about an industry, an organization that is a big part of what we do at the table group.

Many of our listeners are associated with it and whether you go to church or not, whether you've

never been inside a church, you've driven by them and probably wondered,

what goes on in there and how do they, what do people that work there do?

If you do go to church, you probably sit there and you go, well how do they meet, what do they do

from Monday through Saturday?

And it's just one of those things, so many of our listeners and so many of the people that read our books are like,

yeah, I actually work at a church. We didn't know that when we started. It's been a big part of our

audience and so today we're going to talk about what it's like to run a church as an organization,

what's similar to a factory or a software company and

what's different and so we thought let's have a guest host on and and we just
