I'm really excited for this. I love a good solo episode. This one's going to be a quickie because it's a Sunday night and at 6.30 PM and I'm tired, but I wanted to chat with you about a few things.

how my 55-day challenge has been going.

If you've listened to my past solo episode, I think number 215, then you must have heard that I'm doing a 55 day challenge and I'm feeling really good about it. I think I'm on day 15 today and just to give you a little low down on what this challenge is.

It's for the rest of 2020 and the reason that I'm doing it is because I want to challenge myself during this time that in the past I haven't felt the best in the year.

You know, November, December is often a time where we kind of fall off track. We don't really do what makes us feel good as much maybe

we are moving less eating more whatever it is meditating less being on technology

more so I being on technology more.

So I felt like I was kind of getting in, like I was starting to get into that zone of like being a bit more negative and not feeling really good a couple weeks ago.

So I decided to do a challenge for the

rest of the year and I've incentivized myself with a shopping trip which just sounds like the typical thing a guy would think a girl would want.

Oh I got a shopping trip, but like no actually I don't shop for myself an insane amount

and like I often don't buy things that I want because I'm like, oh, like I want to save money,

but I'm actually doing pretty freaking well right now.
