I'm here for Attitude Magazine's weekly ADHD experts live webinar. We are so fortunate to have Dr. Thomas Brown talking about the teen years of ADHD and he's going to offer us some practical and proactive parent tips.

So today he'll be talking about some of the familiar stress points that parents of teens face

issues such as homework, medication adherence,

volatile emotions, driving and drug use.

These topics are significant ones for parents of teens.

Just a bit more about Dr. Brown,

by way of background, he is a clinical psychologist. He taught for more

than 20 years at the Yale Medical School and practiced in Connecticut. He is now based in Los Angeles,

where he's the director of the Brown Clinic for

Attention and Related Disorders in Manhattan Beach, California. He is the author of

five really terrific books that I found super helpful. One was called and

you shouldn't miss this one smart but stuck emotions and

teens and adults with ADHD and in his latest book outside the box rethinking

ADHD and ADHD in children and adults I cannot stress how clear and helpful his writing is on this topic and
