The giants are looking you know hope springs eternal. It's a funny thing.

They had they almost lost 100 games last year although they were projected to win like 80 or 85.

So it was just a cascade of disasters starting with Madison Bumwerner taking a ride on a motorbike and separating a shoulder.

But they were projected to bounce back and then they made a couple of moves in the off season trying to stay under the salary tax this year, which I think is really good.

I think it's really encouraging because it means they actually intend to spend money next year, which is why you want to stay under for this year.

And you know they they are in true I think money ball fashion they're trying to find a hole in the market where people are under valued and in typical giants fashion it's people in their early 30s who are considered over the hill by baseball standards.

Any off season where you get the definitive player of two different franchises traded to you by those franchises.

It's got to be a pretty good off season so Edmund Goria and Andrew McCutchen.

So you know they might be okay. I'm hoping that they're entertaining.

The problem last year was not that they were losers. It was just they were terrible like they were unwatchable to the point where in June I just I actually said to myself.

I got to pick another team I got to like pick a team whose games I can put on the TV to see good baseball because the giants weren't providing it.

And so in the middle of June I just picked the Astros because they were having a really good year and I was on that bandwagon early and I wrote it all the way to the end so that was pretty sweet.

That sounds pretty good.
