Hey, hey, this is Steve Hogarty, one of the people from the podcast that you listen to,

and I just thought that I would preface this episode with an apology and indeed a warning.

The sound quality of the following episode is decidedly subpar.

Due to scheduling conflicts, it was required that we record in the downstairs area of a craft beer company pub in Old Gate.

Gavin said that it would be fine, that it was always quiet down there, but when I arrived, there was a song by the four non blondes playing over the pub stereo

system I'm sure you know the song I'm talking about it was the one about hey what's going on

and Gavin insisted that it was never normally like this that that it's usually quiet in this basement.

And with no time to find another recording location, we decided to press on anyway.

The music does stop shortly into the episode, but then it resumes later on.

I do hope that this is not too severe a distraction for you, the reader, and that

you can enjoy this episode all the same. Furthermore, I was so flustered by the indignity of recording

an episode in such close proximity to the general public that I forgot to credit log, who

co-wrote my feature to some degree.

To what degree?

Neither of us can honestly remember.
